White-Glove Delivery
Inside delivery, unpacking, and placement in your room of choice.
Standard Freight
Curbside delivery for smaller items via vetted carriers.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders ship within 5–7 business days. White-glove may take 2–4 weeks based on location.
Shipping Areas
All 50 US states. International shipping available upon request.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight/dimensions of your order. For oversized antique pieces, we provide a tailored quote before payment.
- Small items (decor, lighting accents): from $35
- Medium items (chairs, side tables): from $175
- Large items (sofas, dining tables, beds): from $395
- White-glove upgrade: $150–$450 depending on location
- International shipping: quoted individually
Packaging & Handling
Each piece is professionally crated and protected with archival-grade materials. We work exclusively with freight specialists experienced in handling fine art and antique furniture.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For white-glove deliveries, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare event of shipping damage, please inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will resolve the issue promptly through our concierge.
